Citizens' Oversight Committe (CBOC) Data

I've upgraded the data collection from a spreadsheet to data entry forms. The forms are capable of much more than the simplistic spreadsheets. I can add more features to make them easier to use. If you intend on entering a lot of data, call me and listen to the recording before proceeding.
